| Summary: On June 17, 2008, Bend Cable Communications, Corporation filed an application under Title V of the Federal Land Policy and Management Act (FLPMA) of 1976 (43 U.S.C. 1761), as amended, requesting a right-of-way (ROW) grant OR66175, to install, maintain and terminate an aerial fiber optic communication cable and access road crossing public lands from private lands on the east side and ending at the private land known as Parker Ranch on the west side of the above described public lands. The cable would be placed on the existing Central Electric Coop (CEC) power poles. The area is located on the east side of the Deschutes River near Odin Falls and is approximately 3.5 miles northwest of Redmond, Oregon. | |
