Summary: The proposed action is to transfer the grazing authorization for the Cline Butte Allotment (5073) from base property held by the Trail Crossing Revocable Trust to new base property held by Ambers and Bonnie Thornburgh. The new property meets the base property requirements as described in 43 CFR 4110.2-1(a) (1) and (2). A description of the new base property can be found in the Trail Crossing Revocable Trust file, in the Quitclaim Deed, Everett Thornburgh to Ambers J. and Bonnie J. Thornburgh, dated 12/16/2004. The existing Terms and Conditions and management practices of the Grazing Permit would remain unchanged.
