Description:
Dataset describes habitat in the JDRMP (John Day Resource Management Plan) not listed in other classifications where higher quality habitat supports significantly higher densities than surrounding areas. These areas are typically occupied year round and not necessarily associated with a specific season. Examples include: rough break country, riparian areas, small drainages and large areas of irrigated cropland, migration corridors, highway crossings, fawning areas, etc. Data was generated from the Western States and Provinces Mule and Black-tailed Deer Habitat Mapping Project and modified for the JDRMP.Purpose:
Resource management planning. Data designed specifically for use in the John Day Resource Management Plan in support of the Environmental Impact Statement (EIS).File Type:
