Description:  

This dataset contains generalized zoning within the geographic area depicted by the plan boundary in the John Day Resource Management Plan. The original coverage was digitized from data collected between 1983 through 1986. Limited zoning changes have occurred since this time. This dataset was extracted from the best representation of statewide zoning available for the State of Oregon.

Purpose:  

The intended use of this dataset is where land use and zoning codes are important in the John Day Resource Management Plan analysis.
