This dataset is a buffered line feature of those streams with instream Place of Use (POU) water rights on BLM owned lands within the boundary of the John Day Resource Management Plan (JDRMP). This dataset contains stream names, tributary information, use information, cubic feet per second withdrawl rates, annual Acre Feet volume, and length in miles of river segments.Purpose:
