The BLM is proposing the maintenance and improvement of three water sources located on private land for use by fire engines, water tenders, and helicopters. The purpose of the project is to minimize the loss to resources and fire fighter exposure through rapid suppression of wildfire. All work will remain in the original footprint/disturbance area of the existing water source.
