Grants Pass High School Cross Country is proposing to host the 1st Annual Rac'n Dirty Trail Run for 25-50 participants along a portion of the existing Cathedral Hills Park trail system on Saturday, February 22, 2014. The BLM decision is whether to issue a Special Recreation Permit, which is required to hold the event. This is a land decision on a Special Recreation Permit in accordance with BLM regulations at 43 CFR Subpart 2930, as such this decision will go into effect immediately.
