Decision Record,Categorical Exclusion CX-ORM070-2012-018-CX Planning Completed
The Logan Cut Fence Installation Project would construct a wooden fence 3,115 foot in length parallel to BLM road 40-8-4. The fence is intended to discourage illegal off-highway vehicle (OHV) activities, curb the cyclic pattern of illegal dumping, protecting a federally endangered plant (Cook's Desert Parsley (Lomatium cookii) and an archaeological site registered in the National Register of Historic Places. The proposed fence would be installed adjacent to an area north of Logan Cut on BLM managed lands. Contact Rachel Showalter for further information.
