Summary: Action to replace, repair, and install fencing and place large boulders around certain portions of the Whitehorse County Park boat ramp area perimieter, and to install a gate to a non-public access road adjoining the parking area. The proposed fencing, boulders, and gate will limit vehicle access to areas designated for non-motorized use only, thereby preventing resource degradation along the Rogue National Wild and Scenic River.
