Summary: Josephine County Dept. of Forestry sold their Jack timber sale in July of 2008. The proposed action is the issuance of an O&C Logging Road Right-of-Way Permit to the purchaser of Josephine County's timber sale for a period of 2 years. The permit will allow commercial hauling of approximately 170 MBF of private timber over existing U.S. roads.
