| Summary: The Logan Cut Fence Installation Project would construct a wooden fence 3,115 foot in length parallel to BLM road 40-8-4. The fence is intended to discourage illegal off-highway vehicle (OHV) activities, curb the cyclic pattern of illegal dumping, protecting a federally endangered plant (Cook's Desert Parsley (Lomatium cookii) and an archaeological site registered in the National Register of Historic Places.
