Summary: Describes and analyzes the impacts of timber harvesting, restoration activities, road decommissionings, water source enhancement projects, fuel hazard reduciton projects and other land managment direction. The Kelsey Whisky project location is located within the 104,000 acre Wild Rogue Watershed (5th Field). Activities proposed are north of the Wild and Scenic Rogue River and east of the Wild Rogue Wilderness. The proposed resource managment plan amendment and other forest managment actions implementing the Medford Resource Managment Plan will be documented in numerous Record of Decisions.
