| Summary: The Grants Pass Resource Area will be implementing the 2012 Silviculture Practices -- Reforestation, Young Stand Management, and Forest Condition Restoration Treatments (FY 12-FY17). Treatments include forest stands up to 80 years of age with a maximum tree cut at 7 inches diameter breast height (DBH). There will be no commercial removal of cut trees. All proposed silviculture treatments would be implemented on sites located throughout the Grants Pass Resource Area over a 5-year period (as budgets allow). All sites will be accessed through existing road systems. | |
