Summary: The selection of Alternative 1 will implement 231 acres of timber harvest activities through regeneration harvest, overstory removal, and commercial thinning and subsequent activity fuels treatments in Township (T) 32S-Range (R) 9W-Sections 13, 14, 22, 23, 24, 27, 28, 33 and T33S-R9W-Section 4 of the Matrix land use allocation. The timber sale was sold on September 21, 2006. The activities in this decision were analyzed in the Kelsey Whisky Creek Landscape Management Plan, Proposed Medford Resource Management Plan Amendments and Final Environmental Impact Statement.
