Summary: The Ashland Resource Area of the Medford District Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is proposing to sell, at fair market value, a parcel of BLM administered public domain lands near Applegate, Oregon. This is a revised environmental analysis (EA) of an EA which was released for a 30 day public comment period that commenced on November 12, 2003. The differences from the original EA are incorporation of the Medford District 2008 Record of Decision and Resource Management Plan, a change to the proposed action which describes a proposed deed restriction for the riparian areas in the parcel, a revised hydrology/riparian effects section, a revised aquatic habitat/fisheries section, a revised aquatic conservation strategy section, and a reference to the second year survey for the federally listed botanical species, Fritillaria gentneri.
