Summary: The Categorical Exclusion/Decision Record authorizes the BLM to issue a land use permit to Arbeats, Inc. to film on the Rogue River for one day from the Hog Creek Boat Ramp to Galice Resort. This decision is in accordance with BLM regulations at 43 CFR Subpart 2920.All BLM decisions under 43 CFR Subpart 2920.2-2 8(b) "Permit decisions made under paragraph (a) of this section take effect immediately upon execution and remain in effect during the period of time specified in the decision to issue the permit.
