Summary: The Medford District Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is proposing to protect and improve meadow habitat for the US Federal Candidate and Bureau Sensitive species, Mardon skipper (Polites mardon klamathensis). The BLM proposes to implement the suggested management actions described for each site in the Mardon skipper management plans prepared by The Xerces Society (Black et. al, 2010).
