Summary: The Whitehorse Heaven Project will construct one 167 ft spur road located on BLM land, of pit-run rock surface road in Township 32 South, Range 4 West, Section 9 for Seneca Jones Timber Company to access their land in Section 10. These activities were analyzed under the Seneca Right-of-Way Road Construction Project Environmental Assessment (EA-OR118-06-007). The new road would be identified as road 32-3-9.05. The construction would occur in the South Umpqua/Galesville Late-Successional Reserve (LSR). This decision document applies only to the Whitehorse Heaven Project activities under Amendment No.25 to Right-of-Way and Road Use Agreement R-656 and O&C Logging Road Right-of-Way Permit R-656.
