Summary: This project authorizes all maintenance activities for the district's designated trail system which comprises over 200 miles of trails for hikers, mountain bikers, equestrians, cross-country skiers, snowmobilers, and off-highway vehicle users. Trails will be maintained to specified construction and maintenance standards as necessary for public safety and enjoyment of users. Construction will include repair and replacement of drainage structures and retaining walls, tread construction and minor reroutes, installation and repair of trail signs, as well as other activities during fiscal years 2011 and 2012.
