Summary: The McMullin Road Construction and Right-of-Way Environmental Assessment (EA) is available for public review. The public review period ends on October 09, 2010. The proposed action would grant a ROW to Indian Hill LLC for construction of approximately 1,200 feet (0.23 miles) of road across BLM land in T 39 S, R 7W, Sec. 5., and authorize hauling of commercial forest products. This Environmental Assessment will provide the information needed for the responsible official, the Grants Pass Resource Area Field Manager, to select a course of action to be implemented.
