| Summary: The Butte Falls Resource Area will be planting conifers and hardwoods on 20 acres in a wet meadow on Beaver Dam Creek. Conifers will also be planted along 0.4 mile of Jackass Creek Road (BLM road #34-3E-29)after decommissioning is completed. Riparian planting was analyzed in the Revised Environmental Assessment for Aquatic and Riparian Habitat Enhancement (DOI-BLM-OR-M000-2009-0004-EA). The BLM determined this project is consistent with the actions analyzed in that EA. This project is located in Township 34 South, Range 3 East, sections 3, 9, and 29. | |
