Summary: This is an integrated forest management project being planned in the Cave Junction and Kerby area in Josephine County. Resource conditions on BLM land have been evaluated for potential forest health and resource restoration treatment needs and opportunities. The project proposal includes commercial and precommercial forest stand thinning, fire hazard reduction, prescribed fire restoration of serpentine and meadow habitats, and road decommissioning, renovation and maintenance.
