| Summary: An environmental assessment (EA) for the Tracy Sucker Creek Plan of Operations Project on the Medford District of the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is available for public review and comment. The Project is located on BLM administered lands east of Cave Junction. The project addresses a proposal from Mr. Cliff Tracy to placer mine an area of 2.6 acres along Sucker Creek, and includes a BLM alternative to Mr. Tracy's proposal to comply with 43 CFR 3809--Surface Management regulations. The EA addresses the environmental effects of the proposed actions. | |
