| Summary: This project involves the maintenance of the Sterling Mine Ditch Trail located in the Little Applegate Watershed. Hand tools and chainsaws would be used to clear the trail tread and trim vegetation within 18 inches either side of the trail to allow for the safe unimpeded travel of non-motorized recreatoin use. Vegeation trimmings will be lopped and scattered outside the trail prism in a manner that mimics natural accumulation of downed woody debris. | |
