Summary: The proposed project is to reauthorize a Right Of Way to Cellco Partnership dba Verizon Wireless for an existing communication site which provides cellular service to Grants Pass and the I-5 corridor for a period of twenty years. Access to the site is by way of an existing road which crosses both BLM and private lands. The portion of the road on public land is included as an ancillary right in the communication site authorization. The communication site is located on Mt. Baldy in Josephine County, Oregon.
