The Quines Creek and Bull Run Creek Fish Passage and Habitat Improvement Project is a transition project that is in compliance with the 1995 Resource Management Plan, as amended. The Quines/Bull Run Planning Area is located near approximately three miles south of Azalea, Oregon. The description of the Planning Area is Township (T) 32S, Range (R) 5W, Sections 25 and 35. | |
