Summary: This document provides analysis of the effects of limited scattered timber salvage program on the Klamath Falls Resource Area. Although many individual projects that are considered under this EA could be dealt with by a categorical exclusion, this EA attempts to address the full salvage program that could occur in any individual year. Any decision resulting from this analysis will consider the cumulative effects of the entire salvage program. The decisions will be based on site specific information and survey data and documented in individual decision records.
