Summary: The EA and FONSI address a proposal to authorize the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife to repair a 150-foot long section of an existing dike system that controls and diverts water to the southern half of the Summer Lake Wildlife Area. This dike section was damaged in 2010 by high water flows. Most of this dike falls within the Diablo Mountain Wilderness Study Area on lands administered by the BLM.
