Decision Record for the North Fork Coquille River Watershed Instream Restoration Projects. The projects entail the placement of large wood, boulders and gravel in stream channels to restore fish habitat in forested areas of the upper mainstem North Fork Coquille River and in tributaries in the watershed including Middle Creek, Moore Creek, Giles Creek and Neely Creek. The project will occur on both private and BLM managed lands.

Determination of NEPA Adequacy DOI-BLM-OR-C030-2011-0004-DNA Planning Completed
Determination of NEPA Adequacy for the North Fork Coquille River Watershed Instream Restoration Projects (Phase IV). The projects consist of placing logs, whole trees and boulder structures in fish-bearing streams in the North Fork Coquille River 5th Field Watershed (HUC# 1710030504). Excavators and cable-yarding systems will be used to place instream structures where there are roads adjacent to streams. A helicopter will be used to place logs where it isn't practicable to place them by other means. The projects are located in T 27 S., R 10 W., Sec 03, 04 & 05, T 26 S., R 10 W., Sec -07 & 08 and T 26 S., R. 11 W.,Sec16, 17, 20, 21 & 29. The parent EA is the Environmental Assessment for the Paradise Creek Watershed Restoration Project (EA OR125-05-06).
