The project is located in T 20 S., R 08 W., Sections 09, 10, 11, 15 and 16. The parent EA is the Environmental Assessment for the Paradise Creek Watershed Restoration Project (EA OR125-05-06). | |

| Summary: Decision Record for the North Sister Creek Instream Restoration Project. The project consists of placing logs, whole trees and boulder structures in North Sister Creek, a 5th order stream located in the Upper Smith River 5th field watershed in partnership with the Smith River Watershed Association, the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife (ODFW) and Roseburg Resources (a private timber company) . Approximately 32 sites have been identified for large wood and boulder structure placements by heavy equipment (excavator or similar equipment). Approximately 160 logs and 610 boulders will be placed. The project will occur on both private and BLM-managed lands. | |
