The decision is to implement the Proposed Action which will a11ow the University of Oregon under the direction of Dr. Patrick O'Grady to operate a limited excavation research field camp at Dry Bone Complex consisting of six or less people over a time period of at least one week and not to exceed six weeks between January 30, 2013 and April 30, 2014. The limited excavation will be to assess the possibility of intact subsurface cultural materials.
