The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Burns District Office, is gathering information for preparation of a National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) document on a proposed Right-of-Way (ROW) application for a new ditch and canal (D/C), our case file OR-66371, on Federal lands managed by the BLM. The D/C ROW would be used for the transportation of water for irrigation purposes. The D/C ROW would be approximately 794 feet in length; 20 feet in width; and .36-acre.
