Summary: The AMP/EA analyzes creation of a new pipeline spur that originates at Al's Canyon Trough along Grassy Hill Pipeline in Grassy Basin Allotment # 6017 in extreme southern Harney County, and ends at a new trough that would be placed approximately 1.5 miles due north. The objective of this project is to facilitate utilization of forage by livestock more evenly throughout the interior of the pasture by changing access to water.
