Summary: The Steens Mountain Travel Management Plan (TMP) augments the Cooperative Management and Protection Area (CMPA) Transportation Plan, which is part of the Steens Mountain CMPA Resource Management Plan. The TMP uses and updated route inventory to further define the motor vehicle route network within the CMPA. The TMP also provides guidance on maintenance, improvement, and accessibility of these routes. The proposed action is most like the route network presently available in the CMPA.
