Summary: The purpose of the proposal is to reconstruct Bartlett Mountain Spring and maintain road access to Bartlett Mountain Spring for future maintenance. Roads would be maintained consistent with assigned maintenance levels 2 and 3 or maintenance intensities 1 and 3, which provide the objectives and standards of care for each road (District Road Maintenance Policy Instruction Memorandum No. ORB000-2010-004).
