Summary: The proposed action is to grant a Right of Way to the applicant to provide the right to construct, operate, maintain and terminate the Right of Way totaling 2.675 acres. This is an existing road that the applicant currently uses on a casual basis. Under the Right of Way, the applicant would grade the road within a 2% slope to aid in runoff and a 1 1/2" aggregate base would be added.
