Summary: The proposed action is to maintain an existing spring development which includes maintaining the existing spring exclosure and installing a new headbox (if needed), pipe and trough. If necessary rocks would be hauled in and placed around the trough to reduce hoof damage around the trough. Maintenance activities would be limited to the area of original disturbance.
