Summary: The purpose of the proposal is to maintain safe road conditions throughout the Andrews Resource Area. Roads would be maintained oonsistent with assigned maintenance levels and within existing disturbance (like-for-like). Roads may be graded, graveled, rocks removed, ditches cleaned, and culverts or rock crossings installed to prevent accelerated erosion and to provide easier access for firefighting personnel, administration and the public. Road maintenance actions performed under the cooperative agreement with Alvord Ranch arce included in this CX. This CX does not cover construction or road upgrading activities. All LUPs and other relevant decisions and guidance must be adhered to as part of these activities.
