Summary: The proposed action is to redrill Mann Lake Well #2. The well is located in T.32N R.35E. Section 31 in the West Desert Pasture of Mann Lake Allotment (6026). The well casing has caved in therefore making it inoperable. The troughs are located 100 yards from where the original well is located. At this time the permittee must haul water to the troughs which is more expensive than pumping water from a well. The permittee would redrill the Mann Lake Well#2 next to the troughs in the existing disturbed area.
