Burns Interagency Fire Zone

The Burns Fire Protection Zone encompasses a vast area of land. Nearly 10,000 square miles are within the Zone. Agencies participating include Burns District, BLM; Emigrant Creek Ranger District, Malheur National Forest; Malheur National Wildlife Refuge; and Oregon Department of Forestry.
