Description:

This project will update the 29 year old building's hot water mechanical systems by installing "newer technology" condensing boilers and uncoupling it from the building heating water system. The existing building water heating system is inefficient and costly.

Recovery Act Funding:

The proposed work will be completed using a construction contract and a design consultant.

Benefits:

This project will improve the building's energy efficiency and will reduce natural gas consumption.
