Description:

This project will repair numerous cracks and other minor surface defects on access roads and parking areas. The surfaces will be sealed with a slurry seal coating that will protect the underlying asphalt and provide a non-skid surface for vehicle and pedestrian traffic at the site.

Recovery Act Funding:

Work will begin immediately after the contract has been awarded.

Benefits:

The project will provide a smoother and safer access on the roads and parking areas provided for the 500,000 plus visitors each year.
