SNPLMA Partners Working Group Conference Call
December 13, 2011 Decisions: - The PWG accepted the revised PWG Operating Guidelines as amended to require a five member minimum vote, all in agreement, to establish a decision.
- The PWG accepted the Special Account Reserve Implementation Agreement issue paper as written.
- The PWG accepted the Conditional Approval briefing paper as amended to include clarifying language regarding extenuating circumstances and significant delays in the number four bullet.
- The PWG agreed to review the FY2010 Annual Report to Congress and provide any changes or edits to the Division by December 16, 2011.
- The PWG agreed to reserve the week of April 16, 2012 for the Round 13 preliminary recommendations PWG meeting.
