N-82856 - Arby Pilot Project #2The BLM is accepting written comments on the second proposed non-competitive public land sale for affordable housing purpposes pursuant to Section 7(b) of the SNPLMA and the Nevada Guidance. The public comment period started August 6, 2007 as a result of the proposed public land sale Notice of Realty Action (NORA) publication in the Federal Register. The comment period ends September 20, 2007. Comments are to be submitted in written form to the BLM Field Manager as outlined in the NORA.
