Herd management areas include Kamma Mountains, Seven Troughs, Lava Beds, Blue Wing Mountain, Nightingale Mountains and Shawave Mountains


The six HMAs are being collectively referred to as the Blue Wing Complex, and are located in Pershing County, northwest of Lovelock. The Complex consists of approximately 639,300 total acres, but the emergency gather area consists of approximately 110,637 acres.
