Implementation of the Decision

After the Record of Decision (ROD) is signed, agencies can provide for monitoring or compliance checks to make sure the decisions are being carried out as intended.  If the right-of-way is granted, the Project Proponent must also comply with the terms and conditions of any additional grants, permits, or approvals.
