Administrative Publications

In administrative documents, a maximum of two font families, one serif and one sans serif may be used in a document. Allowable serif fonts for administrative documents are Garamond or Times/Times New Roman. Allowable sans serif fonts for administrative documents are Arial or Helvetica.

Required Cover Specifications

Publication Index Number

The BLM has a Publications Indexing System. The publication index number contains information about the agency, originating office, document type, fiscal year of publication, program responsibility, and revision date (if applicable). The publication index number is obtained from the printing specialist at the Nevada State Office.
