Project leads are available during regular business hours to assist you in obtaining copies of NEPA documents available to the public.

All NEPA documents are in pdf format.  If you do not have Adobe Reader please click here .  

If you do have Adobe Reader and are experiencing difficulties downloading a NEPA document, please try the following:

*  Move your cursor over the document you wish to open.
*  Using the right button of your mouse, right click on the document title.
*  Select "Save Target As..." from the pop up menu.

This will allow you to name and save the document on your computer and allow you to open the document with ease.

Or:

* Open Adobe Reader
* Select Edit → Preferences → Internet
* Uncheck "Allow fast web view"
