All animals made the trip OK and appear healthy with no problems after they were unloaded. They are some what thinner than previous loads.

| Thursday, Jan 13th | Indian Lakes Road Facility | Summary: Received 25 mares and 15 foals for a total of 40 horses. Overall, body condition score is poor. One mare was down on the truck and unable to stand on her own upon arrival. The facility veterinarian took a blood sample prior to euthanizing the mare. The sample was sent to the Nevada State lab for analysis. (results to follow.) Current diagnosis leads to liver failure due to starvation. All other animals are being monitored at this time.
