Toquop Draft EIS

The Toquop Energy Draft Environmental Impact Statement is now available for viewing on-line.  The DEIS is split into chapters for readers with dial-up connections to the Internet.  We recommend downloading and installing the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader before clicking on the links below.  Adobe Reader is a free download from Adobe, and can be acquired by clicking on the "Get Adobe Reader" icon to the right, or on the text at the bottom of this page.

People with low-bandwidth connections (Dial-up Internet, Lite DSL) may wish to download the PDF as a whole before attempting to read the document.  Simply Right-Click on the document you wish to read, and select "Save Target As..."  Once the file is finished downloading, you can read the entire file.
